After a control device conducts indexing on a circumference face threaded hole in a drying cylinder seal head according to the angle signals, and the circumference face threaded hole in the drying cylinder sealhead is obtained through machining. Since the pulse encoder is adopted, the drying cylinder can be arranged and clamped on the machine tool, the pulse encoder is placed on the spindle of the machine tool, the pulse encoder is adopted for angle measurement, and therefore accurate indexing of machining of the circumference face threaded hole in the drying cylinder seal head can be achieved under thesituation that workpieces are large.
