Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature detecting method based on a passive wireless RF temperature sensor. A device according to the method comprises an acquisition module, a transmission module and atemperature sensor. The acquisition module is connected with the temperature sensor through the transmission module. According to the method, through communication between a temperature acquisition device in the acquisition module and the temperature sensor, temperature data are acquired and uploaded. The temperature acquisition device is connected with a temperature acquisition device antenna through an RF cable. The temperature acquisition device antenna is connected with the temperature acquisition device through an RF cable. A transceiving temperature acquisition device for the RF signal transmits the RF signal in a specific frequency range to periphery through the temperature acquisition device antenna. The temperature sensor receives an exciting signal which accords with a self resonance frequency and reflects an RF signal with temperature information. After the temperature acquisition device receives the RF signal reflected from the temperature sensor, the temperature acquisition device performs signal conditioning and data processing, thereby acquiring real-time temperature information acquired from the corresponding temperature sensor.

Example Embodiment

[0016] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments.
[0017] Reference figure 1 , A temperature detection method based on a passive wireless radio frequency temperature sensor, including an acquisition module, a transmission module, and a temperature sensor. The acquisition module is connected to a temperature sensor through the transmission module. The temperature sensor includes a comparison module, a read-write module, and a storage Module, the output terminal of the transmission module is connected with the input terminal of the comparison module, the output terminal of the comparison module is connected with the input terminal of the reading and writing module, the output terminal of the reading and writing module is connected with the input terminal of the storage module, the storage module The output end of the read-write module is connected to the input end of the read-write module, the output end of the read-write module is connected to the input end of the comparison module, the output end of the comparison module is connected to the input end of the transmission module, and the acquisition module A temperature collector antenna is set on it.
[0018] In this embodiment, the collection module is specifically a temperature collector, the temperature collector communicates with a temperature sensor, collects temperature data and uploads it, the temperature collector is connected to a temperature collector antenna via a radio frequency cable, and the temperature collector The antenna is connected to the temperature collector through a radio frequency cable for receiving and sending radio frequency signals. The temperature sensor detects temperature and reports temperature information. The temperature collector transmits radio frequency signals in a specific frequency range to the surroundings through the temperature collector antenna. After the sensor receives the excitation signal conforming to its own resonance frequency, it reflects the radio frequency signal with temperature information. The temperature collector performs signal conditioning and data processing after receiving the radio frequency signal reflected by the temperature sensor to obtain the corresponding temperature sensor collected Real-time temperature information.
[0019] In this embodiment, the temperature sensor is composed of a SAW temperature sensor chip and a miniature antenna. The resonance frequency of the SAW chip has a good linear relationship with temperature, and the linearity is as high as 99%. It can sense the temperature of the measured object in real time. There are 12 different channels under the model, and the sensor of each channel exclusively occupies a frequency band. When multiple sensors are deployed close to each other, they work separately and will not interfere with each other.
[0020] The above are only preferred specific embodiments of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to this. Anyone familiar with the technical field within the technical scope disclosed by the present invention, according to the technical solution of the present invention Equivalent replacements or changes to its inventive concept should all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
