The culturing sampling device comprises a culturing box, a stirring device, a sampling device and a control device, wherein the stirring device is used for simulating water flow; the control device is used for controlling the temperature in the culturing box; the stirring device is arranged on the top of the culturing box; the control device is arranged on the inner side wall of the culturing box; a support is formed at the bottom of the culturing box; the sampling device is in threaded connection with the bottom of theculturing box. An actual water flow environment in which the marine bacteria live is simulated through the stirring device, and a water sample containing the marine bacteria in the culturing box is sampled through the sampling device, so that certain pollution caused by the marine bacteria adhering to the outer side walls of utensils in the sampling process is avoided effectively through the sampling device. The temperature of the culturing box is controlled through the control device, so that the requirement on temperature during the culturing of the bacteria is met.
