Abstract

The TVS device has a Snap-back characteristic and comprises a TVS circuit and a control circuit, wherein the TVS circuit comprises a state detection pin, the control circuit is connected with the state detection pin, when the TVS circuit is connected, the state detection pin is in a first level state, when the control circuit detects that the state detection pin is in the first level state and duration time reaches a preset time threshold, the level state of the state detection pin is regulated to a second level state of cutoff of the TVS circuit from the first level state.
