Embodiment Construction

[0032] In order to have a further understanding and understanding of the structural features and the achieved effects of the present invention, a detailed description is provided in conjunction with preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings, as follows:

[0033] A new type of BIPV photovoltaic roof, such as figure 1 As shown, it includes tiles 1 , roof joists 2 , connectors 3 and photovoltaic panels 4 .

[0034] to combine figure 2 , Figure 4 As shown, the tile 1 includes a mounting portion 11, a concave portion 12, and a raised portion 13. The lower surface of the tile 1 is provided with a mounting portion 11, and the mounting portion 11 is a T-shaped portion on the lower surface of the tile 1. Groove, as a further preferred technical solution, the lower ends of the upper horizontal groove 111 of the T-shaped groove are recessed downwards to form two elongated grooves respectively. As a further preferred technical solution, the tile 1 in this embodiment is a straw ...

Abstract

The invention provides a novel BIPV photovoltaic roof comprising a roofing slate. A mounting part is arranged on the lower surface of the roofing slate and connected with a roof keel through connecting pieces; the two ends of the roofing slate extend upwards and are provided with opposite clamping grooves, and photovoltaic panels are assembled in the clamping grooves; a T-shaped groove in the lower surface of the roofing slate serves as the mounting part; and each connecting piece comprises two sets of screw rods and two sets of special-shaped nuts, wherein the two sets of screw rods and the two sets of special-shaped nuts are mutually matched, every two screw rods are arranged on the two sides of the roof keel correspondingly, every two screw rods penetrate through a fixing plate and areconnected through the fixing plate, and the fixing plate is arranged on the lower portion of the roof keel. According to the novel BIPV photovoltaic roof, the situation that mounting holes are formedin the roofing slate is avoided, thus the hidden danger that water enters the junction is eliminated, the whole structure is integrated, and the waterproof effect is obvious.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic building integrated roof systems, in particular to a novel BIPV photovoltaic roof. Background technique [0002] Building Integrated Photovoltaics, or BIPV, is a new concept of applying solar power generation. Simply put, it is to install solar photovoltaic power generation arrays on the outer surface of building envelopes to provide electricity. According to the different ways of combining photovoltaic arrays and buildings, BIPV can be divided into two categories: one is the combination of photovoltaic arrays and buildings; the other is the integration of photovoltaic arrays and buildings, such as photovoltaic tile roofs, Photoelectric curtain wall and photoelectric lighting roof, etc. Among these two methods, the combination of photovoltaic array and building is a commonly used form, especially the combination with building roof. Since the combination of photovoltaic arrays and buildings ...
