Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-soluble polyrotaxane crosslinking agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out itaconic anhydride modification on alpha-cyclodextrin to introduce double bonds and carboxylic acid structures, thus obtaining modified alpha-cyclodextrin; 2) oxidizing hydroxyl groups at the two ends of polyethylene glycol into carboxylic acid and then obtaining a modified polyethylene glycol chain; 3) penetrating the modified alpha-cyclodextrin on the modified polyethylene glycol chain prepared in the second step, then blockingthe two ends of the modified polyethylene glycol chain and preparing out water-soluble polyrotaxane crosslinking agent. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that by modification of the alpha-cyclodextrin to introduce carboxylic acid groups, the prepared polyrotaxane crosslinking agent has obvious water solubility, so that the polyrotaxane crosslinking agentcan be crosslinked and polymerized with water-soluble monomers such as acrylamide and acrylic acid to prepare hydrogel, and the deformation capability of the hydrogel is improved.
