Abstract

The system comprises a base, a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a gear shaft, a fuel tank, a hydraulic pump, a first filter, a second filter, an overflow valve, a decompression valve, an electro-hydraulic servo valve and ahydraulic cylinder. According to the testing system for the bending fatigue strength of the gear tooth root, a tested gear is mounted through arranging the first supporting plate, the second supporting plate and the gear shaft; a load is applied to two surface of the tooth root of the tested gear through arranging a loading pressure head and a supporting pressure head, thereby realizing uniform force bearing of the tooth root of the tested gear. An actual load bearing condition of the tested gear can be truly simulated, and furthermore bending fatigue limit test on the tooth root of the gearis realized.
