The MCU module is connected with the CPLDmodule through a data interaction bus; the MCU module is configured to send the pre-stored or dynamically configured pseudo-random signal sequence byte code stream to the CPLD module after receiving the signal data loading request sent by the CPLD module. The CPLD module is used for synchronously outputting the target pseudorandom signal after the received sequence byte code stream is processed. The embodiment of the invention provides a pseudo-random signal dynamic configuration system and method. The pseudo-random signal sequence byte stream is pre-stored or dynamically configured in an MCUmodule, and the pseudo-random signal waveform is synchronously outputted after data processing by a CPLD module.
