The method comprises the following steps: inputting a real-time obtained image, and detecting and outputting a currently located indoor environmenttype by an environment sensing module; performing indoor positioning by using a basic positioning module to obtain a regional level or meter level precision positioning range; matching the output environment type in the environment sensing module with a geographic database to obtain a precise range of the location; corresponding the obtained precise range to a three-dimensional model of a locatedindoor space, and performing two-dimensional-three-dimensional matching with the real-time obtained image in an image matching module; and restoring a geometric mapping relationship between a two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional model according to three-dimensional-two-dimensional matching point pair coordinates, establishing a camera projection model of the two-dimensional image to the three-dimensional model, and solving a three-dimensional space coordinates and pose of an image sensor to obtain final result positioning.
