The invention discloses a novel reinforcing steel bar storing, taking and covering device comprising a storing device, a first assistance mechanism, a second assistance mechanism and a covering mechanism. The storing device comprises a first supporting frame mechanism, a second supporting frame mechanism, a third supporting frame mechanism and supporting wheel assemblies. The lower end of the first supporting frame mechanism is connected with the multiple supporting wheel assemblies. The upper end of the first supporting frame mechanism is connected with the second supporting frame mechanism through multiple first stand beams. The second supporting frame mechanism is connected with the third supporting frame mechanism through multiple second stand beams. Multiple first roller assemblies are arranged in the first supporting frame mechanism. Multiple second roller assemblies are arranged in the second supporting frame mechanism. The first assistance mechanism is connected to the front end of the first supporting frame mechanism. The second assistance mechanism is connected to the front end of the second supporting frame mechanism.
