Embodiment 1

[0030] Example 1: Redox Agent Initiated Grafting of Cellulose with Allylamine

[0031] Add copper diperiodate (0.1 mmol) aqueous solution (1 ml) into a round bottom flask, add 2 g of cellulose (Aladdin’s reagent, particle size 250 μm), add 15 ml of deionized water, then add 2 ml of allylamine, and heat up to 35°C, react for 2h, and stop the reaction. The reaction mother liquor was dropped in 100ml of acetone, the precipitated solid was collected by centrifugation, and washed 3 times with acetone. After the product is vacuum-dried, a phosphorus adsorbent based on cellulose is obtained, and the yield is 75%. The reaction process is as follows, wherein, I represents cellulose. Characterization of the obtained phosphorus adsorbent, the structure is as follows Figure 1~3 shown.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Example 2: γ-Ray Initiated Grafting of Allylamine to Cellulose

[0034] Add 2 g of cellulose (Aladdin's reagent, particle size 250 μm) into a round bottom flask, add 10 ml of deionized water, then add 2 ml of allylamine, and irradiate with γ-rays of 70 Gy for 30 min to stop the reaction. The reaction mother liquor was dropped in 100ml of acetone, the precipitated solid was collected by centrifugation, and washed 3 times with acetone. After the product is vacuum-dried, a phosphorus adsorbent based on cellulose is obtained, and the yield is 65%. The reaction process is as follows, wherein, I represents cellulose.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Embodiment 3: photoinitiator initiates cellulose grafting allylamine

[0037] Add commercial photoinitiator 2959 (50 mg), 2 g of cellulose (Aladdin’s reagent, particle size 250 μm) into a round bottom flask, add 10 ml of deionized water, add 2 ml of allylamine, and irradiate with ultraviolet light for 1 h to stop the reaction. The reaction mother liquor was dropped in 100ml of acetone, the precipitated solid was collected by centrifugation, and washed 3 times with acetone. After the product is vacuum-dried, a cellulose-based phosphorus adsorbent can be obtained, and the yield is 70%. The reaction process is as follows, wherein, I represents cellulose.

Abstract

The invention provides a phosphorus adsorbent and its preparation method and application. The phosphorus adsorbent has the following structure: wherein, X is a natural high-molecular organic substance containing a hydroxyl group. The phosphorus adsorbent is prepared by grafting polyallylamine on the natural macromolecular organic matter under the initiation system; or, by grafting polyacrylamide on the natural high molecular organic matter under the initiation system, and then passing Hoffman produced by degradation. The initiating system is one of redox agent initiating, photoinitiator initiating, microwave initiating, radiation initiating or thermal initiating. The phosphorus adsorbent of the invention has high phosphorus adsorption capacity, can significantly reduce the blood phosphorus level, has no side reaction, has high safety and good curative effect, is suitable for popularization and application, and has broad market prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oral phosphorus adsorbents, in particular to a phosphorus adsorbent and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Phosphorus widely exists in nature and is one of the necessary elements in animal and plant tissues. Phosphorus is abundant in the human body, and its metabolic process is closely related to human health. For example, the failure of renal function in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) leads to difficulty in excreting phosphorus, which increases the accumulation of phosphorus in the body and induces hyperphosphatemia. Elevated blood phosphorus levels stimulate increased parathyroid secretion, leading to secondary hyperparathyroidism. Hyperparathyroidism will induce renal bone disease, causing bone tissue to release a large amount of phosphorus, aggravating hyperphosphatemia, and causing a vicious circle. Clinical reports show that most patients with end-...
