A transport arrangement (100) for a building (200) comprises: a first and a second elongate transport rail (10, 11) arranged parallel with each other and comprising a respective first and second pivotal rail segment (20, 21) and a respective first and second fixed rail segment (30, 31); and a container (50) comprising a first and a second pair of rolls (60, 61; 70, 71) for guiding the container (50) along the first and second transport rail (10,11). The transport arrangement is characterized in that the first and second pair of rolls (60, 61; 70, 71) are configured such that the first and thesecond pivotal rail segment (20, 21), when extending between a respective first and a second pair of rolls (60, 61; 70, 71), is pivotable between a first position (A) in which the first and the secondpivotal rail segment (20, 21) is aligned with the first and second fixed rail (10, 11) segment and a second position (B) in which the first and the second pivotal rail segment (20, 21) is orthogonalto the first and second fixed rail segment (30, 31).
