The mechanism comprises a chassis and a worktable; a first fixed plate and a second fixed plate arewelded on two sides above the worktable; an opening groove is formed above the worktable; multiple sets of support rollers are mounted in the opening groove; cylinders are mounted on the left side ofthe first fixed plate; output ends of two sets of the cylinders are connected with pressing plates; a separation plate is welded on the upper side in the chassis; a chip storage chamber is formed above the separation plate; and a discharge port is formed in one side of the chip storage chamber. Corrosion-resistance guide rails are placed above the support rollers; a rocking handle is rotated to drive rotation of a lead screw; the lead screw drives a pushing plate to move to push the guide rails to adjust the transverse positions of the guide rails; the cylinders drive the pressing plates to tightly press the guide rails to achieve drilling of the guide rails; and waste chips generated by drilling fall from the opening groove into the chip storage chamber, and are discharged from a discharge port along the inclined separation plate.
