Abstract

The present invention discloses a satellite fault diagnosis method based on software. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a ground station sends injection parameter(s) containing fault diagnosis information to a satellite; (2) the on-board computer software performs legitimate judgment on the received injection parameter(s), if the injection parameter(s) are legitimate, the program enters step (3), otherwise the injection parameter(s) are abandoned and not treated; and (3) the on-board computer software enters a fault diagnosis telemetering mode and downwardly transmits fault diagnosis package(s) to the ground until the downward transmission of all the fault diagnosis package(s) is completed. The method does not affect the conventional telemetering mode, the detailed diagnosis onthe satellite working state or the fault is realized, the availability and maintainability of the satellite are improved significantly, and thus the method plays an active role in prolonging the lifeof the satellite. Moreover, the method is flexible and practical, and thus the method is easy to be applied in engineering practice.
