The method comprises the following steps: acquiring thesocial information of the user to be discriminated, extracting the characteristic data in the social information of the user to be discriminated, substituting the characteristic data in the social information of the user to be discriminated into a GBDT discrimination model for discrimination, and at least obtaining an effective user in the social information of the user to be discriminated; according to the total number of users of micro-blog, the number of followers of a KOL, the number of effective users in the social information of users to be judged and the number of followers who pay attention to KOL among the effective users, calculating the true number of followers of KOL.
