Abstract

At first,that invention predicts the output according to the new energy source, the wind pow and the photovoltaic power; New energy forms net load with traditional load. Secondly, the characteristics of the payload series are analyzed, and the sub-series are divided to calculate the entropy of the corresponding samples. The traditional power supply can track the fluctuation of the payload flexibly.
