The hydraulic operating mechanism alsocomprises an auxiliary switch used for controlling on-off of a circuit in which the closing electromagnet is located. The hydraulic operating mechanism also comprises a signal cylinder whose piston rod triggers the auxiliary switch in the back-and-forth moving process, wherein two chambers of the signal cylinder are correspondingly communicated with two chambers of the working cylinder respectively. When the hydraulic operating mechanism is in operation, the piston rod of the signal cylinder can only move when the working cylinder drives the switch to be switched on in place, the auxiliary switch is triggered to control the power loss of the closing electromagnet, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a circumstance that the circuit breaker carries out opening before being closed in place, and realizing the control for the closing and opening time of the circuit breaker.
