Abstract

The invention discloses automatic stowage method and system for a self-elevating platform, and belongs to the field of the ocean engineering technology. The self-elevating platform comprises a ship body and multiple pile legs, wherein the pile legs are arranged on the edge of the ship body; and even number of ballast compartments are arranged in the ship body and are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the ship body. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a stress value of each pile leg in the vertical direction and the water amount in each ballast compartment; according to an influencing value of the water amount change in each ballast compartment on the stress on each pile leg in the vertical direction, determining a stowage scheme enabling the stress values of the multiple pile legs in the vertical direction to be the same, wherein the stowage scheme comprises the water injection rate or the water discharge amount of each ballast compartment, the water injection rate of each ballast compartment is smaller than or equal to the difference between the capacity of each ballast compartment and the water amount in each ballast compartment, and the water discharge amount ofeach ballast compartment is smaller than or equal to the water amount in each ballast compartment; and according to the determined stowage scheme, adjusting the water amount in each ballast compartment. The automatic stowage method and system for the self-elevating platform provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem that manual stowage response is not in time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of marine engineering, in particular to a method and system for automatic loading of a self-elevating platform. Background technique [0002] The jack-up platform is a kind of marine engineering equipment equipped with multiple functions. It has strong offshore oil and gas production development and support capabilities, and can take into account engineering applications such as offshore construction, offshore wind power installation, bridge erection, hydraulic operations, and island and reef construction. The self-elevating platform includes a hull, a plurality of legs and a lifting mechanism corresponding to the legs. Multiple legs are evenly arranged on the edge of the hull, and the lifting structure is arranged on the corresponding legs, so that the hull or legs can be lifted and lowered freely under the action of the lifting mechanism. During operation, the pile legs extend down to the seabed, stand on...
