Abstract

A method and apparatus for preventing user loss, device and storage medium are provided in embodiments of that present disclosure, wherein the method include: obtaining user sample data correspondingto a user sample group of a target application and a history sample data corresponding to the user sample group; extracting characteristic parameters from historical sample data; labeling each user inthe user sample group according to the characteristic parameters; in order to obtain the prediction model of user churn probability, the machine learning model is trained by using the characteristicparameters and the user sample group marked by the sample. Inputting a characteristic parameter of any user to be predicted into a user churn probability prediction model to output a corresponding user churn probability; whether to execute the preset loss user retention policy is determined according to the user loss probability.
