Abstract

The cyclone separation cylinder comprises an impurity-sucking portion at the upper end, a middle cylindrical separation portion and a grain-discharging port portion at the lower end, wherein the impurity-sucking portion is composed of a separation pipeline stretching into the cylinder, and the grain-discharging port portion is composed of chains of balls and a non-smooth conical cylinder body. A feeding port is formed in the side wall of the separation cylinder body. The feeding port is located on the side, close to the lower end of the cylindrical cylinder body, of the central axis of the cylinder body. A non-smooth biomimetic surface is adopted as the inner side wall of the conical cylinder body at the lower endof the cylinder body. Ball chains are hung at the upper end of the conical cylinder in a spaced manner. According to the cyclone separation cylinder for cleaning the cereals, the separation effect ofthe separation cylinder is effectively improved by the position of the feeding port; adhesion and accumulation of impurities can be reduced by the non-smooth biomimetic surface; meanwhile, under the function of airflow, light impurities can be effectively prevented from accumulating on the inner wall of the conical cylinder body and blocking the grain-discharging port by the ball chains hung at the upper end of the conical cylinder; and the impurity-sucking pipeline portion of the separation cylinder stretches into the interior of the separation cylinder, and airflow pressure loss inside the separation cylinder is reduced.
