Abstract

The invention relates to an asset identification and change perception method and system. The system comprises a network asset information collection sub-system, an asset data processing sub-system and an asset library; the network asset information collection sub-system collects asset information of a networked active host; and the asset data processing sub-system obtains the asset information ofthe networked active host from the network asset information collection sub-system, and compares the asset information of the networked active host with the confirmed asset attribute information stored in the asset library, so that automatic updating of the asset information of a networked live host in the asset library is realized. According to the asset identification and change perception method and system, the asset information and change thereof can be grasped accurately and dynamically in all aspects; therefore, the accuracy of asset network risk and vulnerability evaluation is obviously improved; the asset vulnerability grasping condition and the fast processing capability are improved; and thus, the response treatment on an attack behaviour is obviously improved.
