The invention relates to a spray coating bonding force sample bonding method. the method comprises the following processes of: 1) checking whether a to-be-bond surface of a sample has deficiency or not, removing impurities and grease on the surface of the sample, and then carrying out drying; 2) preparing an adhesive; 3) uniformly applying the adhesive in step 2) on the to-be-bond end surfaces ofthe dual sample in the step 1), and evenly distributing it he adhesive on the entire end surface under a natural state; 4), placing a molding device horizontally, oppositely and horizontally placing the two to-be-bond end surfaces of the sample at two ends of a mounting groove of a positioning seat, and enabling the two to-be-bond surfaces to be gradually close to each other and then bonded abovea glue leaking hole; and 5) carrying out curing molding. According to the method, the formed adhesive layers are uniform in thickness and free of pores on one hand, thereby improving the accuracy of the sample performance detection, and the discarded residual glue is discharged from the mounting groove through the glue leaking hole on the other hand, thereby effectively preventing the possibilitythat residual glue is kept in the mounting groove and ensuring the concentricity of adhesive bonding of the dual sample and a spray coating sample.
