Abstract

The invention provides a method, device and terminal unit for monitoring sleep quality. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a wireless radio frequency signal stream transmitted in aplace where a target user is located; determining a sleep characteristic sequence of the target user according to the wireless radio frequency signal stream, wherein the sleep characteristic in the sleep characteristic sequence comprises at least one of a breathing characteristic, a heart rate characteristic and a body movement characteristic; determining a sleep state sequence corresponding to the sleep characteristic sequence according to the corresponding relationship between the sleep characteristics and the sleep states; and determining the sleep quality of the target user according to the sleep state sequence. Compared with the prior art, the method can achieve the monitoring of the sleep quality of the target user based on the wireless radio frequency signal transmitted in the place where the target user is located under the condition that the user has no perception and does not wear any electronic probe or signal acquisition equipment.
