The adopted device comprises a slope covering body and a water body tidal device; the slope covering body is a biological culture structure laid along an embankment of a landside water body or a barrage, and is an artificial product or a natural object with a biological growth structure and a microporous structure; the biological growth structure is an artificial structure or a natural structure which can allow organisms with the water body purifying capacity to be attachedadhere and grown; the microporous structure forms an air accumulating structure which can supply oxygen to the biological growth structure; when the water body tidal device enables the water level of the landside water body to drop till the slope covering body is exposed out of the water surface, water in the slope covering body is drained to enable the microporous structure to absorb air; and when the water level ofthe landside water body rises to enable the slope covering body to be submerged in water, the air accumulating structure supplies air to the biological culture structure, and thus the attached organisms with the water body purifying capacity purify the water body.
