The adjustable base for robot working comprises a bottom box, a rotary motor, a rotary plate, a lifting cylinder and a fixed plate, wherein the bottom box is in the shape of a circular box with an open top end, and the rotary motor is arranged in the bottom box; the rotary plate is movably arranged above the bottom box, and coaxially connected with an output shaft of the rotary motor; the lifting cylinder is arranged on the top surface of the rotary plate; the fixed plate is horizontally and fixedly connected to the top end of the lifting cylinder, and shock absorption assemblies are circumferentially distributed between the fixed plate and the rotary plate; each shock absorption assembly comprises an annular plate, shock absorption mechanisms and a fixing mechanism; an annular groove is coaxially formed in the bottom surface of each fixed plate; each annular plate is arranged in the corresponding annular groove, and fixed through the corresponding fixing mechanism, and the corresponding shock absorption mechanisms are circumferentially distributed on the bottom surface of each annular plate; and each shock absorption mechanism comprises a top rod, a shock absorption spring and a bottom rod; and each bottom rod is hollow, and vertically and fixedly connected to the top surface of the corresponding rotary plate.
