The rainwash resistant pesticide adjuvant composition comprises, by weight, 1-10% of polysaccharide, 5-20% of polyquaternium, 10-40% of alkyl-polyoxyethylene ester, 10-20% of emulsifier and the balance being solvents. The pesticide adjuvant can be used as a spray additive of herbicides, has excellent hydrophilcity, and has good rainwash resistance function to the herbicides, especially the water-soluble herbicides.
