And finally comparing it with the pre-calibrated result to determine the defect degree of the cable. The cable defect detection system adopts a specialcable clamper to safely detect the defects of the cable when the cable is running online, and conducts sound waves by the optical fiber, and the detection success rate thereof is much higher than thetest result under the cable offline state.
