According to the method, the new energy storage optimization model taking minimum comprehensive cost of the energy storage system and minimum power fluctuation of the new energy power generation system as the target function and simultaneously considering various constraint conditions is built on the basis of spectral analysis on the load power, and the built model is more comprehensive; and the new energy storage optimization configuration model is solved by the genetic algorithm, the optimization configuration scheme is preferably determined, and the actual demand is more satisfied.
