According to the preparation method of the conductive carbon material with the hierarchical porous structure, the internal resistance of a lead acid battery electrode can be effectively reduced, and the utilization rate of active substances and the charge-discharge rate are improved; meanwhile, the electrode structure can be stabilized, and the recycling life is prolonged.
