Problems solved by technology

However, with the emergence of commercial unmanned vehicles such as unmanned logistics vehicles, unmanned ferry vehicles, unmanned combat vehicles, and unmanned freight vehicles that do not require human driving mechanisms, it is extremely difficult to use traditional manned vehicle chassis for unmanned modification. Its development and large-scale application are limited to a large extent. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out positive research and development on the above-mentioned unmanned vehicles that do not require human driving mechanisms.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0016] This embodiment provides a brake-by-wire system for an unmanned vehicle, which is driven by a servo steering gear, has a simple overall structure, a short transmission chain, and high control precision.

[0017] See attached Figure 1-3 , the unmanned vehicle brake-by-wire system includes: servo steering gear 1, input gear shaft 2, box structure, rack 5, output gear shaft 6, connecting universal head 8 and brake master cylinder 10; wherein the input gear shaft 2 is provided with a gear, and the output gear shaft 6 is provided with two coaxial gears;

[0018] The box structure is composed of a box body 4 and a side box cover 3 fixedly connected to the side opening of the box body 4;

[0019] One end of the input gear shaft 2 is supported in the box structure by a deep groove ball bearing, and the other end extends out of the box struct...

Abstract

The invention provides an unmanned vehicle brake-by-wire, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned vehicles. The system is characterized in that an input gear shaft, an output gear shaft and a rack are arranged in a box body structure, wherein a rack connector is arranged at one end of the rack; a main braking cylinder is connected to a main cylinder connecting lug sheet which is fixed to avehicle body; a servo steering engine is connected to the input gear shaft; a gear of the input gear shaft is engaged with one gear on the output gear shaft, and another gear on the output gear shaftis engaged with the rack; the rack is connected to an universal connector through the rack connector; and the universal connector is correspondingly connected to two main braking cylinders through twomain cylinder connectors. The system is driven by a servo steering engine; the torque of the steering engine is converted into acting force in the linear direction through the gears and the rack, anda traditional manner of pushing a main braking cylinder through a braking pedal in an automobile chassis is replaced, and oil pressure is supplied to a braking oil channel of the unmanned vehicle; and the whole system is simple in structure, short in a transmission chain, and high in control accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned vehicles, in particular to an unmanned vehicle braking system. Background technique [0002] With the development of unmanned vehicles and related technologies, unmanned vehicles have been widely used in military and civilian fields, and will play an important role in the future national economic development and national defense security construction. At present, most of the unmanned vehicles used are often modified by using the existing traditional manned vehicle chassis, and few research institutions or enterprises have carried out forward design and development of unmanned vehicles. However, with the emergence of commercial unmanned vehicles such as unmanned logistics vehicles, unmanned ferry vehicles, unmanned combat vehicles, and unmanned freight vehicles that do not require human driving mechanisms, it is extremely difficult to use traditional manned vehicle chassis for unmanned modificatio...
