The system comprises a processor, a display, a collector, a tilt angle sensor located at a towerbase, at least one tilt angle sensor located at the tower barrel, a tilt angle sensor located at a tower cabin and at least one acceleration sensor located at the tower cabin; the tilt angle sensors and the acceleration sensors are connected with the collector through cables; the collector is used for collecting angle data of all the tilt angle sensors and acceleration data of all the accelerationsensors, and sending the data to the processor; and the processor is used for calculating out a real-time eigenvalue according to the angle data and the acceleration data, storing the real-time eigenvalue in a memory, giving an alarm and when the real-time eigenvalue is larger than or equal to a corresponding threshold value, and realizing an early warning function by a weighted average model.
