The upper portion of the heat exchange pipe fitting is a heat release section, and the lower portion of the heat exchange pipe fitting is a heat absorption section. The heat release section is disposed on the heat exchanger, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant pipe through the heat exchanger. The heat absorption section is disposed on a member to be cooled. The heat exchange pipefitting is filled with a phase change medium. The phase change medium has a liquid phase and a gas phase.
