A radial expansion device opposite to the die barrel is coaxially placed between the two powder stop rings and is composed of a downward pressing circular platform and cone petals, an integral cylinder wall face is formed by the outer surfaces of at least two cone petals, and an integral cone wall face is formed by the inner surfaces of at least two cone petals.
