Embodiment Construction

[0043] In order to facilitate the understanding of those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the embodiments and accompanying drawings, and the contents mentioned in the embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0044] refer to figure 1 As shown, a kind of SAR image fast denoising method based on RSVD and histogram preservation of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0045] (1) Establish the coherent speckle noise model of the SAR image, that is, transform the multiplicative noise into additive noise through logarithmic transformation;

[0046] (2) Perform block matching on the transformed image using non-local similarity;

[0047] (3) Using RSVD to decompose the low-rank matrix composed of non-locally similar image blocks to achieve low-rank matrix approximation;

Abstract

The invention discloses an SAR image rapid denoising method based on RSVD and histogram storage. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out logarithmic transformation on an SAR image; multiplicative noise is converted into additive noise; The SAR image denoising method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out non-local similar image block matching on an SAR image,then carrying out low-rank matrix approximation on a low-rank matrix composed of non-local similar image blocks by adopting random singular value decomposition, carrying out texture enhancement on theimage by adopting a gradient histogram storage method, and finally resetting the image blocks to realize rapid denoising of the SAR image. Experimental results on an MSTAR database show that comparedwith an existing method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the edge preserving index is obviously improved, and meanwhile, the denoising speed is increased by three times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of radar image processing, and in particular relates to a fast denoising method for SAR images based on RSVD and histogram preservation. Background technique [0002] Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images provide useful information for remote sensing mapping, ground monitoring, automatic target recognition and other fields. However, due to differences in the distances to the radar of many scattering points in a resolution unit of the radar radiation area, the echo phases are also different. Coherent superposition of echoes inevitably produces coherent speckle noise in SAR images. Affected by speckle noise, the visual quality of the observed SAR image is degraded, and its edge information is also weakened. Therefore, removing coherent speckle noise is a critical task before subsequent segmentation, detection, and classification of images. SAR image denoising has traditional spatial domain-based filtering a...
