When in a working state, a main speed changing box is automatically switched to a neutral position, a diesel engine drives a hydraulic pump to run by virtue of a transverse transmission shaft, the hydraulic pump controls a driving hydraulic motor to rotate, then the driving hydraulic motor drives a lower linkedspeed changing box to act; when in a pavement driving state, the lower linked speed changing box is separated from the driving hydraulic motor by virtue of a clutch, the diesel engine drives the mainspeed changing box, and the transmission output of the main speed changing box drives the action of the lower linked speed changing box successively by virtue of an upper transmission box and an intermediate transmission shaft; the lower linked speed changing box respectively drives a front transmission shaft and a rear transmission shaft by virtue of an output shaft I and an output shaft II to respectively transfer torque to a front drive axle and a rear drive axle; and the drive axles drive a wheel rim and a tire to rotate, and a front-rear drive purpose can be finally achieved.
