Abstract

The invention discloses a fan blade profile multi-station repair device and an application method thereof. The device comprises a supporting portion, a connecting plate, a positioning sleeve, a rotarydisc, a mandrel, at least two spacer bushes and at least four bearings. The rotary disc is arranged at one end of the mandrel. A first positioning hole is formed in the rotary disc, and a handle is arranged on the rotary disc. The middle of the mandrel is sleeved with the positioning sleeve. A positioning sleeve flange is arranged at the end, close to the rotary disc, of the positioning sleeve. At least four second positioning holes are formed and distributed uniformly in the positioning sleeve flange in the circumferential direction. First positioning pins can be inserted into the first positioning hole and the second positioning holes, so that the rotary disc and the positioning sleeve are fixed together. The connecting plate is fixed to the mandrel. The connecting plate and a blade bottom flange are detachably connected through a fastener.
