Abstract

The drop impact resistant resonator comprises a pedestal, a shell, a quartz plate, a bracket piece, an elastic piece, a pin, an insulator anda punching groove, wherein an upper surface of the pedestal is provided with the punching groove, the upper surface of the pedestal is sleeved with the shell, and a bottom end of the shell is clampedin the punching groove, the quartz plate is clamped and connected at the inside of the shell, the bracket piece is clamped and connected at two ends of the quartz plate, elastic pieces are arranged above and under the bracket piece, and the bracket piece is elastically connected with the shell and the pedestal through the elastic pieces, the pin is welded at the bottom of the bracket piece, and the pin penetrates out the pedestal. According to the resonator, a curled ring at the middle part of the pin generates micro deformation, thus, direct impact of the resonator to the pin is reduced, moreover, the elastic pieces elastically squeeze the quartz plate so as to stabilize a position of the quartz plate, the resonator has strong overall drop impact resistance, meanwhile, for the resonator,by punching clamped connection between the shell and the pedestal, and in cooperation with adhesive in an adhesive groove, fixed and sealed connection is realized, and the resonator is very stable and graceful.
