[0040] Since the data collected by wireless sensor nodes has temporal-spatial correlation, that is, the data collected by wireless sensor nodes without failure in an adjacent period of time are similar and will change with time. However, the data collected by the nodes with soft faults is random and out of order, and there is a certain deviation from the data collected by normal nodes. This paper mainly considers four types of failures as described below:

[0041] ① Offset fault. Offset fault means that the rate of change of multiple consecutive data in the collected data is not within the normal range, but its value still changes with time and environmental changes.

[0042] ② Fixed value failure. The data collected by the node is a constant and will not change with time or environmental changes.

[0043] ③Intermittent failure. The data collected by the nodes are generally between the normal values, but there will be data for several consecutive moments that are much larg...

Abstract

The invention relates to a wireless sensor fault detection algorithm based on node pre-states. For each node in a network, firstly according to a characteristic of time correlation, a state of the sensor node is preliminarily diagnosed by processing historical data of the sensor node; and then according to a spatial correlation principle among the nodes, the data is compared with data sensed by the neighbor node to determine a final state of the node, and the state of the node in a normal test state is diffused to other nodes in the network. When the node has a fixed value fault or a transientfault and the fault rate is excessively high, high diagnosis rate can be achieved. Simulation results show that the fault diagnosis algorithm provided by the invention effectively reduces the communication cost and the energy consumption among the nodes, so that the life cycle of the wireless sensor network is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wireless sensors, in particular to a wireless sensor fault detection algorithm based on node pre-states. Background technique [0002] Wireless sensor nodes are generally deployed in harsh environments and are prone to failures, resulting in the inability to transmit monitoring data or incorrect monitoring data. Managers analyze wrong data and cannot make correct decisions, leading to a series of chain reactions that cannot be estimated. Therefore, it is crucial to perform fault detection on wireless sensor nodes. [0003] Existing sensor node fault detection algorithms are generally divided into two categories: centralized fault detection and distributed fault detection. In the centralized fault detection algorithm, the node transmits its own monitoring data to the base station through the aggregation node through multi-hop, and the base station classifies the sensing data online according to the simil...
