According to the technical scheme, the device comprises an unreeling machine, a reeling machine, a front guide device, a rear guide device, a primary cleaning unit, a secondary cleaning unit and a detection device; the unreeling machine and the reeling machine are disposed on both sides of the cleaning and detection production line for unreeling and reeling the continuous sucker rods respectively; the primary cleaning unit and the secondary cleaning unit are independent of each other but share the same structural composition; the detection device is an ultrasonic detector which is installed at the outlet end of the secondary cleaning unit; the front guide device is installed at the inlet end of the primary cleaning unit; and the rear guide device is installed at the outlet end of the detection device.
