Abstract

The invention provides a film lamination method for curved glass. The film lamination method comprises the following steps: step 1, placing to-be-laminated curved glass into an upper mold fixture of alamination machine; step 2, placing a to-be-laminated film sheet into a lower mold fixture of the lamination machine, wherein the size of the film sheet is smaller than the size of the curved glass,and the film sheet comprises a lamination surface and a non-lamination surface which is covered with a protective film with a size consistent with the size of the film sheet; step 3, subjecting the upper mold fixture and the lower mold fixture to mold combination in the laminating machine, and after completion of mold combination, carrying out vacuumizing treatment to laminate the curved glass with the lamination surface of the film sheet together so as to obtain a preliminary laminated product; step 4, allowing the non-lamination surface of the film sheet to face upward, and spraying ink ontothe whole surface of the preliminary laminated product, wherein the color of the ink is consistent with the color of the film sheet; and step 5, subjecting the ink to curing treatment, and after completion of curing, tearing off the protective film. The film lamination method provided by the invention can solve the problem of poor edge bright line.
