The mechanism comprises a set of horizontal moving air cylinder system, a set ofvertical lifting moving air cylinder system and a set of weight measuring system; the vertical lifting moving air cylinder system is connected to the horizontal moving air cylinder system in a sliding manner; the weight measuring system is mounted at the top end of the lifting moving air cylinder system and is used for detecting the weight of a sample; the weight measuring system comprises a sampling weighing platform; a plurality of weight sensors used for detecting the weight of the sample are arranged on the sampling weighing platform; and a sample cleaning mechanism is further mounted onthe sampling weighing platform. The sample can be automatically taken out on the high-speed production line to measure the surface density, so that the operation process of measuring the surface density by manual sampling at present is replaced; and the sample can be automatically cleaned, so that the accuracy of a surface density detection result can be improved.
