Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a high-voltage cable in a new energy vehicle. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of sequentially wrapping a semi-conductive nylon belt, a cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer and a semi-conductive shielding layer on a conductor as a center to form an insulated cable core; sequentially wrapping a braided shielding layer and a flame-retardant PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) belt outside the insulated cable core; extruded-wrapping a cross-linked polyethylene outer sheath out of the flame-retardant PET belt by use of a semi-extrusion die to form a pre-finished product cable; continuously and uniformly cross-linking the pre-finished product cable through a sealed cross-linked pipe by use of a dry-type cross-linked method, and disposing nitrogen in the sealed cross-linked pipe, wherein the nitrogen temperature is 200-350 degrees centigrade and the pressure is 0.8-1.2 Mpa; continuously and uniformly performing sheath cooling on the pre-finished product cable through a three-section water tank; and placing the pre-finished product cable in a degassing chamber, wherein a heat pump technology and a hot air circulation systemare adopted. The manufacturing method of the high-voltage cable in the new energy vehicle has the beneficial effects that the type and variety of the high-voltage cable in the new energy vehicle are increased, the variety diversity is enhanced, the interference intensity tolerance capacity is high and the application effect is superior.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of new energy automobile cables, and in particular relates to a manufacturing method of a high-voltage cross-linked cable. Background technique [0002] At present, the high-voltage cable industry for new energy vehicles in my country is dominated by traditional cable companies, but the industry concentration is low and the ability of independent innovation is weak. The popularization and promotion of new energy vehicles is an inevitable trend. New energy vehicles use electricity as power, and the withstand voltage level and carrying capacity of the cables in the vehicle are several times or even dozens of times higher than those of traditional vehicles. [0003] The high-frequency pulse and high temperature brought by high voltage and high current have brought new requirements for the cables in the car. The narrow platform space in the car also poses challenges to the flexibility of the cables in the car. Bending, s...
