The reactor main body is provided with a water inlet pipe, an inlet water drainage area, a sediment sedimentation area, a dredge pipe, a separation net, a hung filler area, a suspension filler area, an elastic filler, a combined filler, a suspension filler, a suspended matter blocking screen, a splitter plate, a drainage plate, a treatment unit, a downstream diversion area, an aeration pipe, an elastic filler zone, an overflowing net and a water outlet pipe. Through combination of different types of fillers and distribution methods, a microbial biofilm attachment environment and microbial type diversity are improved. The biofilm pretreatment device is conducive to systematical, economic and effective removal of nitrogen and organic matters in raw water and reduction of turbidity of the raw water, breaks the limit of biological aeration tank carrier density close to that of water, solves the problem that the suspended biofilm carrier is not easily deposited on the bottom of the reactor and cannot fully perform cleaning effects, improves pollutant removal efficiency, effectively reduces an aeration cost and a running cost of the later raw water treatment process, and reduces a potential disinfection by-product generation risk.
