This invention provides exosomes derived from rice, their preparation method, and applications. The exosomes have a bilayered membrane spherical structure with a particle size
ranging from 20 to 1000 nm. These exosomes are obtained from rice
callus tissue and possess high
biocompatibility, stability, and sustainable
mass production characteristics. Furthermore, experiments have demonstrated that these exosomes have anti-aging,
cell regeneration and
tissue repair promotion, and protective functions, and can also significantly improve
cell absorption efficiency and the
delivery efficiency of active ingredients such as peptides.
