Abstract

According to the method, livestock and poultry excrement, nano iron and nano carbon are uniformlymixed according to a mass ratio of (35-45):1:1, the pH value of the mixture is adjusted to be 6-9, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is adjusted to be 20-35; then a hollow electrode is placed in the mixture, external voltage is applied by the hollow electrode and air is introduced at the same time, a magnetic field is applied to the mixture through a magnetic field generator, and aerobic fermentationis carried out on the mixture under action of an electric field and the magnetic field, so that growth and activity of microorganisms capable of adapting to electromagnetic strengthening in compost can be strengthened; and after the fermentation is finished, the fermentation product is the composite inoculants.
