The system comprises a water body treatment tank and a artificial wetland system, wherein the waterbody treatment tank is connected to the upstream of a river channel through a first pipeline, and is sequentially divided into a dosing tank, a sedimentation tank and a filter tank through a first partition plate and a second partition plate, and a filtering device is arranged in the filter tank; a servo motor is fixedly arranged on the dosing tank through a transverse plate, and an auger at theoutput end of the servo motor extends into the dosing tank by penetrating through the transverse plate; and the artificial wetland system comprises a first-level wetland, a second-level wetland and athird-level wetland which are arranged in a form of terraced fields with successively lower heights, the first-level wetland is connected to the filter tank through a second pipeline, and the third-level wetland is connected to the upstream of the river channel through a pipeline.
