Abstract

The present application provides a method, a device and a computer device for filtering a pulse wave, wherein the method for filtering the pulse waves comprises the following steps: acquiring a collected pulse wave; performing an extreme value detection on the pulse wave to obtain an extreme point of the pulse wave; classifying the extreme point of the pulse wave to obtain wave peaks and wave troughs of the pulse wave; respectively calculating height differences of each wave peak and the first wave trough after the wave peak and calculating height differences of each wave peak and the secondwave trough after the wave peak; averaging the calculated height differences to obtain a first mean value of the height differences and setting a first threshold value according to the first mean value of the height differences; and filtering out the extreme point of the pulse wave with an absolute value of an amplitude greater than or equal to the extreme point of the first threshold. The application can filter out abnormal waveforms in the pulse wave and improve accuracy of wave peak and wave trough positioning of the pulse wave.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of signal processing, in particular to a method, device and computer equipment for filtering pulse waves. 【Background technique】 [0002] Pulse, breathing, etc. are important vital signs of the human body. The intensity, shape and frequency of these vital signs can reflect the physiological and pathological information of the human body, such as physical state, mental state and health level. [0003] Extracting the physiological and pathological information of the human body from the pulse wave as the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment has always been valued by Chinese and foreign medical circles. During the process of collecting the pulse wave, some abnormal waveforms are usually generated due to reasons such as unskilled operation or physical fitness of the user. For example: the dicrotic wave is at the same level as the main wave, or there are abnormally high or low values due to ext...
