The invention discloses an insulated magnetic core planar transformer type high-voltage power supply which comprises an insulated magnetic core planar transformer and a high-frequency switch circuit,wherein the insulated magnetic core planar transformer comprises a primary side circuit and a secondary side circuit; the primary side circuit is connected with the output end of the high-frequency switch circuit in parallel; the secondary side circuit induces electric energy and outputs high-voltage direct current after voltage doubling; the primary side circuit comprises a primary side winding and a leakage inductance resonance circuit; the leakage inductance resonance circuit is connected with the primary side winding in parallel; and the leakage inductance resonance circuit forms a leakageinductance resonance circuit by using the leakage inductance of the insulated magnetic core planar transformer. The high-voltage power supply enables the leakage inductance of the insulated magneticcore planar transformer to participate in resonance and become a part of a resonance circuit, and the leakage inductance of the insulated magnetic core planar transformer is no longer a parasitic parameter which brings adverse effects on the circuit, so that the output voltage of each group of rectification circuits is consistent, which can facilitate the design of the circuit.
