A feeding channel is arranged on the top part of the crushing chamber; a discharging channel is arranged on the bottom part of the crushing chamber; the coarse crushing mechanism comprises a rotary shaft and multiple crushing blades arranged on the rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is connected with a drive motor output end arranged on the outer side wall of the crushing box through a coupler stretching into the crushing box; and the fine crushing mechanism comprises a first grinding plate, a first vibration motor connected with the first grinding plate and used for driving the first grinding plate to linearly move up and down in a reciprocating way, a second grinding plate arranged opposite to the first grinding plate, and a second vibration motor connected with the second grinding plate and used for driving the second grinding plate to linearly move up and down in a reciprocating way.
