The explosion-proof diesel engine protection system comprises a processor, an engine oil tank, a fire extinguishing unit, a protection unit, an engine oil pump and the engine oil detection displaydevice, wherein the fire extinguishing unit and the protection unit are in pipeline connection with the engine oil tank; the engine oil pump is connected with the fire extinguishing unit; and the engine oil detection display device is connected with the protection unit. The fire extinguishing unit comprises a diesel oil fire extinguishing cylinder and an air door fire extinguishing cylinder, wherein the diesel oil fire extinguishing cylinder and the air door fire extinguishing cylinder are in parallel pipeline connection. The diesel oil fire extinguishing cylinder and the air door fire extinguishing cylinder are each provided with a reset spring. The protection unit is in pipeline connection with the engine oil tank through a safety valve. The protection unit comprises a low-water-level valve, an exhaust gas temperature valve, a cooling water temperature valve, an air compressor temperature valve and a cylinder cover temperature valve which are in parallel pipeline connection.
